Positive: Darren's communication was good, clear and respectful. Location was good and easy to access and park opposite the property. Access was via coded lock box which a little sticky to use (it was a very wet evening and probably would have been fine on a dry day. The room itself was comfortable and fine for a single traveler.

Negative: Breakfast was not included but was easy to get close-by. The room was comfortable but took some time to warm up even using the boost button. An advisory (on the existing list pinned to the wall) to make sure the bathroom light was off unless needed might be a good idea as the fan operates at the same time and sucks the warmth out of the living room.

Summary: The property was as advertised and met my expectations. Darren is a good host!

Positive: I am a family carer so myself and my partner like to get nights away for quality time together, this place is a great little get away for anyone looking for great value for money, even though in a housing estate, very secluded, and Darren, the host is friendly, informative, helpful and not intrusive, which I especially appreciated as I’m a bit socially anxious, the chalet has everything you need for an overnight stay, stocked with fresh towels, toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc, didn’t get much use from the kitchen as we brought our own drinks, but it looked very nice, the bed is firm but comfy with clean bed linens and the chalet was a nice temperature and fresh scented on arrival, overall we had a lovely relaxing experience here in this little hideaway and will definitely be booking in again soon, thank you Darren
